This Electronic Commerce Contract will apply where a supplier of services undertakes to provide Web site referencing and placement services to a customer.

The current and applicable legal considerations for this contract, and to which the seller will be bound, are set out in this formula.

The statements made in this formula are in conformity with:

- Provisions of the European Directive N° 97/7 of May 20, 1997 and concerning the protection of consumer’s rights in that which concerns home shopping.


This agreement can be used by any electronic commerce company located in one of the European countries as follows:
Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, The Netherlands, Sweden and Finland.


This agreement is also made under the applicable French legislation and could be adapted to the particular laws of any State of the European Union.
