This electronic commerce contract formula will be used when the Managing Agent offers his services for the commercial sale of advertising and publicity space on a Web site.

Legal considerations for the parties to the contract are those provided by current applicable legislation, set out in the attached formula

The statements made in this formula are in conformity with:

- Provisions of the European Directive N°97/7 of May 20, 1997 and concerning the protection of consumer’s rights in that which concerns home shopping.


This agreement can be used by any electronic commerce company located in one of the European countries as follows:
Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, The Netherlands, Sweden and Finland.


This agreement is also made under the applicable French legislation and could be adapted to the particular laws of any State of the European Union.
