This electronic commerce contract formula will be used when the Seller offers services from a Web site and for which the price is variable and determined by fluctuations in money market rates (for example: on-line brokerage).

This formula is not intended for cases where:

- Services are supplied by downloading.
- Services relate to gaming and loteries.

Those legal provisions to which the Seller must abide, in compliance with current and applicable legislation, are set out in this formula.

The statements made in this formula are in conformity with:

- Provisions of the European Directive N°97/7 of May 20, 1997 and concerning the protection of consumer’s rights in that which concerns home shopping.


This agreement can be used by any electronic commerce company located in one of the European countries as follows:
Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, The Netherlands, Sweden and Finland.


This agreement is also made under the applicable French legislation and could be adapted to the particular laws of any State of the European Union.


This formula is made up of 7 pages of the A4 format.

This formula is accompanied by a User Guide made up of 6 pages of the A4 format.

Ce contrat de commerce électronique doit être utilisé lorsque le marchand  offre des services sur Internet dont le prix est fonction des fluctuations des taux du marché financier (par exemple : courtage en ligne).

Ce contrat ne s’adresse pas :

- aux fournitures de services par téléchargement.
- aux services de paris et de loteries.

Les aspects juridiques que le marchand se doit respecter, conformément à la législation en vigueur, sont exposés dans ce formulaire.

Ce contrat est conforme au droit français.
